Observation details

I am not certain, but this sounds like a raptor to me, perhaps a juvenile, but I can't ID it. I am referring to the sounds at the very beginning and the end of this file. (There is another sound, beginning at about 0:00:13, which BirdNET.cornell.edu IDed as Lawrence's Goldfinch, but is actually a whining puppy.)
