Observation details

initially saw in yard at ~4:00, it then flew to perch at this location at around 4:20 (which was right beside sidewalk). I had seen a few people walk by it without seeing it, or without bird flying away. So, grabbed camera and went and grabbed a few closer shots. Was quite envious of that owl, sitting there as if it didn't have a care in the world! Was still sitting there 30min later when we drove by in the car.
