I am writing about the following observation: I strongly believe your photo of a passerine sp. in this list is an Oak Titmouse. This is a very common bird in this area. You can change it to Oak Titmouse or keep it as is. Oak Titmice can often not show a strong crest especially when they may be molting. Steve Summers
