Observation details
Photos. Dark olive brown flycatcher with peaked head, bold vest, yellowish belly and chin. Short tail. No eyering or distinctive wing bars. Flycatching and landing on same perch as well as various other perches. Orange on mostly dark lower mandible, distinguishing it from Eastern Phoebe.
