A pair of Fawn-breasted Wrens sings and calls (both scolds and rattles) after playback in the rather dense woodland at the S end of the Transpantaneira opposite the Hotel Porto Jofre. Two successive cuts. Background includes: White-tipped Dove, Chaco Chachalaca, Scaled Dove, Buff-necked Ibis, Undulated Tinamou, Purplish Jay. Recorded using a Fostex FR-2LE with a Sennheiser ME62 & Telinga Universal 22" parabola.
