Media notes
A male Bare-faced Curassow flew toward me, landing 20-30’ up in a tree in the Aymara Lodge woodland along the loop trail. It gave the series of piercing, high-pitched calls and then flew farther away and started singing. Background includes: Flavescent Warbler, Chaco Chachalacas, White-tipped Dove, Undulated Tinamou, Brown-crested Flycatcher, Rufous Casiornis. Recorded using a Fostex FR-2LE with a Sennheiser ME62 & Telinga Universal 22" parabola.
