Observation details
In a large open storage area. On the ground in the middle of the day. Almost stepped on it. It flew 10 feet and then landed. I walked up and then it flew off. Guessing it had a nest or young near by. Took a few great photos. Large pile of logs in the storage area with bark piles, old bridge decks, pipes, etc. Surrounded by trees.
