passing food in to adult male (note red of throat) in nest hole
Observation details
Pair busy feeding young in nest in snag across from camp host. We had seen male several times foraging low and on ground around campground. While we were chatting with host, he went into nest hole, and a bit later female arrived and appeared to pass food to him while he was in there (his red throat shows in photo, young male's throat would be white, if I read Sibley correctly).
