Black throat suggests male is the feeding parent. Also note the red on tail tips.
Observation details
At least 4 fledglings, 3 perched together waiting for parents to feed berries and insects. One berry was too large and the chick was unable to swallow it! Feeding parent (probably male as it had a black throat) had red waxy tail tips
