Observation details
First heard only (singing) at 0559. Later photographed and recorded. Initially identified from distinctly repetitive, burry song, more deliberate and raspier than 𝘝. 𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘰𝘶𝘴. Visual confirmation based on extensive yellow plumage on head and throat, with even brighter yellow "spectacles". Near culvert south of 238 Popular Street.
