3 birds taking flight one by one
Observation details
The Screech-Owl family emerged and put on a show for the second straight evening, for us and Natsu and Hannah. Similarly to last night (see previous checklist), the two adults and two fledglings emerged from the silver maple b/w 9:15 and 9:20, spent 10-15 min. perching on the phone wires and in various trees, flying about, and calling, and then headed to the spruce in our backyard as it got darker.
