Observation details
Heard distinctive and surprisingly loud blonk-adoonk song starting at 1909 from a restored marsh at 39.1096049, -76.9596932. One AMBI sang every 4-5 minutes until 1930, when I observed a second AMBI fly into the marsh from a lower point along the line of marsh/retention ponds. As soon as the second bird landed, the singing AMBI flew across the pond towards it. Thereafter, one bird sang every 1-2 minutes until I departed the area at 1950.
