Observation details
3 individuals were singing in the general area of the Euc grove. The song was a fast trill that usually has a lower pitch on the last few notes that sound downslurred. The trill all these birds were singing did not have any downslurr at the end, and sounded more like the trill went upward slightly. Took a long time to finally see 2 of the birds that were singing and they were clearly OCWA. Song very similar to NOPA, but without the final note. Initially many of us thought the first bird we heard singing was a NOPA, but wanted to actually see it to be sure. We followed the singing bird for awhile as it moved without being seen before actually seeing it singing.
