NOTES: BNA: Chupp call and what sounds like Rattle of female, but announcement suggests it was given by male, which, according to BNA, makes it the Male Roll call. However, the frequency of this call does not match that of BNA's spectrogram. BNA shows the Roll call around 2 kHz and the Rattle call spanning between 2 - 4 kHz. The spectrogram of this call matches the latter frequency between 2 - 4 kHz. LNS NOTE: Unbroken cut with internal recordist announcement/handling noise gain change (MJA, 23 March 2005). (Background Sounds: traffic, wind; Species Sound: constant; Breeding Status: territorial, territorial paired?, breeding?; Behavioral Context: annoyance; Visual Display with Sound: verbally on tape; General Climate: arid; Cover Density: sparse; Parabola: 36"/12").
