Observation details
I stumbled across this nesting pair completely by accident. Shortly after taking photos of the one I sighted first, including one photo of what I didn’t realize at the time was feigned injury distraction, I saw the other one nestled in the rocks. It did not move in the few minutes that I was there. The mate continued to wander a bit about the general nest area. I left the area once I realized.
