NOTES: dawn +0.5hrs; species cut number 7 BNA: The male song is heard. It is questionable as to whether or not there are elements of mimicry. CZ 19/07/2004. [Fifteen songs, most of which appear to lack elements of mimicry. Several of the initial songs (those beginning at 0:10, 0:22, 0:30, 0:40) appear to end with imitations of the gargle of Parus gambeli and some appear to have imitations of the "chup" calls of Catharus guttatus (0:10, 0:30, and 0:51). Quality unchanged (1 - signal is BEST for songs in the first 1:00) - CAM - 7 February 2005]. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Forest, Coniferous Forest.
