Observation details
I had gone down into the woods, where the stream, this year, has been dammed by a beaver, and is flowing more strongly. I soon heard the song, before I'd gotten to the small bridge, by some bird which seemed to be right at the stream. A while later I heard it again, further downstream, by the orange cone. At that point I got a look at a waterthrush, with swishy tail, olive back, streaking breast, and bright pink legs. A while later I re-found it, further down the stream but visible by the orange cone, it was down along the stream, and poking around in crevices up the bank sides. The short audio was by the orange cone. The longer audio, was earlier, while upstream before the bridge.
