Observation details
heliodoxa sp. we got nice photos of heliodoxa, in afluentes llanteria, at the beginning we thought is was a pink-throated brilliant but then we compare our photos with previous photos and definitely is not that bird, this has some nice purple throat, same colour as Black-throated brilliant, but nice violet front similar to violet-fronted brilliant, also it has a black stripe in the chest same colour as BTBr, as some point we though, it would be a Rufous-webbed brilliant, and I have a video and nothing compare with that, this is bigger, no rufous webbed also this bird has nice white vent please see the video. any way in both cases PTBr or RWBr there are just scare information, these species are so rare. I tought personaly this can be a hybrid betweeen VFBr & BTBr, I have seen both species in the area before, but during the observation I just seen VFBr, but is doesn't mean BTBr is not present. please see the photos and video and let me your opinion, I am open to hear you any comment to absolve my doubt. by the way I have more photos and videos thank you so much in advance
