Observation details
Observed in our just leafing-out apple tree, foraging for small insects on the wing. When sitting still it flicked its tail upward. It is olive-gray overall but the head is grayer and contrasts with the back. Throat white. Complete eye-ring, a little wider at the back of the eye. Tail appears long due to short primaries. Also heard soft high “whit” call. Photos
