Observation details
In the BTA picnic area where the same bird has been seen for the past few weeks. Warbler sized; black head, neck, back and throat; bright white large wing patches; bright red breast and belly; outer tail rectrices edged with white; white ocular lower arc. Only similar bird would have been a slate-throated redstart which lacks white patches on wings, ocular lower arc, overall dark gray (not black), and has a chestnut brown patch on crown
