Observation details
Merlin Bird ID was giving me DEJU though I've never seen one this fluffy. As I tired to get closer I did see the flash of white on the tail feathers. Open to feedback on ID. Spotted on the redwood floor North of the Art Department. Flew down the hill into the shrubs were I got this picture.
