Observation details
Was walking to car when I heard obvious parrot/parakeet sounds. Large number in the one pair of bright orange trees in park.. Green color with white eyering. Red on forehead and around eyes, but not as extensive as a red masked parakeet would be. Missing red on underwings like a red masked would have. Some splotches of red on neck similar to many photos I've seen of the mitred parakeet. A pair of crows were harassing the flock, but other than being annoyed, they stood their ground. Photos.
