Observation details

Long-staying rarity found by Shelley Seidman. Perched in a tree above its normal spot on Motor Island WMA. Lifer! Huge cormorant with white belly. I saw it perched in a tree only because a RWBL flew up and I decided to scan up. I watched it preening and it had not left by the time I left.
