Nashville Warbler
Observation details
Very late. A Nashville Warbler was seen amid the cedars and shrubbery along the Lyndhurst Nature Reserve Trail and loop with a mixed flock of sparrows, finches, and kinglets. I was trying to help relocate an Orange-crowned Warbler also seen in this same area when the Nashville Warbler appeared. Differs from Orange-crowned Warbler with full eye-ring and no eye-stripe; more contrasting upper- and underparts; yellow throat; and unmarked, bright yellow underparts.
