Observation details
Rare western vagrant first tagged yesterday by the banding crew - Wee bit smaller than nearby AMGO with noticeably shorter tail, distinct notch in the tail tip. Female type, non-breeding plumage. More yellow underbelly and chest than AMGO, stout conical bill, mostly olive-grey back nape and head, white rectangle seen well on wing extending beyond primary coverts. Yellow under tail coverts showed while sitting in tree and on the feeders.
