Observation details
Probably leucistic SACR. Stark white crane with sandhills at distance, will check blurry photo. Not a trick of the light - lost this bird several times trying to photograph it and found it again each time easily. Flew west with flock. No black tips on wings seen, which should have been visible at that distance, and zoomed in photo seems to show SACR-like head pattern, so will leave as crane sp. Also seen by another birder who is not on eBird, hopefully he got photos. *Update 3/3/22 - Bob H. found a leucistic SACR 3/2/22 up in LaPorte, so my guess is that this is the same bird.
