Observation details
Found earlier today by Bruce Moorman. Base of black bills forms a straight line with head, and yellow lores especially visible on one of the two adults--apparently 2 adults with an immature offspring. We found them to the right of the little island, initially sleeping, then woken by the 2 Trumpeter Swans--eventually all 5 settled down to preening together. Only the 3rd time we've ever seen Tundra here, and the first time since March 12, 2017, that we've seen both Tundras and Trumpeters at the same time here. Photographed together with 2 Trumpeter Swans. How is it possible that these don't come up as "rare"??
