Observation details

Continuing crossbills with white wingbars. Located by faint calling. Safe estimate, counted 17 in one flight, 5-10 moving in and out or heard nearby. We were quiet and approached with slow movements, the birds let us get very close, eventually coming down to drink just feet away from us.
