Observation details
The roost, in a eucalyptus, is between Tyler´s Donuts and Carpinteria avenue, on the south side of the Albertsons shopping center, and has plenty of whitewash below it. Vultures flying in and joining others at roost as I watched one with a white wing tag on left wing with C U printed on it in black lettering. Using reportband.gov I submitted the sighting to USGS and received the following information: C U was banded 09/17/2021 near Anaheim, Orange County. Hatched in 2019 or earlier. Sex unknown.
