Observation details
At its usual location in a tree near the building at 49.759725, -97.179473. I observed it for just over an hour. It spent most of the time cleaning itself and interestingly enough stretching its legs out repeatedly and pulling one up under its feathers. I assume that was to keep them warm one at a time and stretch out any cramps or stiffness (if birds get that).
