NOTES: BNA: Song is heard ("chee-whee, whit, wher'r'r'r", "cha, cha, cha, or chee cha cher'r'r'r'r chee." CZ 18/03/2004. [Fifty-four songs. The bird changes song-types slightly at 0:58, 1:02, and 1:13, before returning to the first type at 1:15. It changes again at 1:38, 2:59, 3:11 (after a cryptic stop-start), 3:14, and at 4:04. Most of these "song-types" differ only subtly. I believe the sharp "seep" at 2:57 was given by this species, but most of the sharp calls in the background were given by Auriparus flaviceps. Quality changed from to 1 to 1-2 - CAM - 9 February 2005]. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Grassland, Deciduous Forest, Savannah.
