** Flagged as rare for this date! A pair were seen flying along at the edge of the ocean. Seen by 3 other birders who concur with the id. Wings more narrow and pointed than the tree swallows in the area. Dark bluish-purple back and warm rusty breast and belly. Sorry, photo not so good.
