Observation details
This Hawk flew with very sharp quick wingbeats at a high rate of speed from the west and perched on top of a tree behind and beyond parking lot G very close to Edinger and Ward. It had a narrow short square tipped tale and short rounded wings much smaller than a coopers hawk , smaller head as well. It appeared to be kestrel size. He perched there for about 5 minutes. I looked down to switch to my binoculars and when I looked up he was gone and no where in sight. White out overcast conditions, very flat light. Multiple pics. this Hawk was silent the whole time.
