Observation details
Continuing. Pale below, brown streaked above, long tail, long decurved bill. Heard calling on and off for the better part of an hour but the bird seemed to strongly favor the west side of the creek. It did eventually cross the creek briefly on two occasions but stuck to trees right along the bank of the creek without venturing further east, which allowed for some quick views (roughly here: 29.66404654259627, -82.36413076078843). Tried to get some audio but the creek was rushing loudly from recent storms. Heard and saw again 3 days later about 200 meters from here in the neighborhood adjascent to loblolly to the west, and got photos (see https://ebird.org/checklist/S99389538).
