Observation details

Viewed with MOB in scope at Dighton Rock State park. Said bird was appr. 1/2 mile across river in a tree with a few juvi bald eagles....next to a boat yard. The Stellers Eagle drawfed the bald eagles in size being much larger. Large Yellow /orange bill white tail and white on wings. Over 100 birders were present when i left.
