Media notes
Recorded at 5:45pm: an unseen thrush is calling and then singing near where I had earlier seen a Unicolored Thrush collecting nesting material from a mud hole in the trail. But alas the singer sounds like Hauxwell’s, which is syntopic with Unicolored. Background includes: Undulated Tinamou, a presumed Dull-capped Attila giving long series in distance at ca. 8”-15”, & lots of insects. Recorded using a Fostex FR-2LE with a Sennheiser ME62 & Telinga Universal 22" parabola.
