Observation details
Probably more like 150 but they kept getting flushed by trucks and the Kestrel. Thanks to a serendipitous encounter with Guy McCaskie at the Sonny Bono NWR we learned that the Plovers were seen that morning at this location. Thank you Guy! Plain buff colored Plovers with white stomachs and eye brows that blended perfectly with the tilled dirt field on the NE corner of Weist and Montgomery.
