Observation details
Continuing bird. First heard singing around 11am where it was then briefly seen at the more marshy location it has been seen in the past (32.1103760, -104.4633360). Afterwards, bird was seen several times well down the creek in the hackberries gorging on berries (32.1102795, -104.4630678). I had the best luck seeing this bird by sitting down and sitting very still along the path, looking towards the Russian olives. The Mockingbird would regularly follow a pair of Gray Catbirds from the olives to the hackberries and at one point was directly above me in the Hackberry eating unbothered. The bird was larger than the nearby Gray Catbirds with a distinctive long dark tail and thin long bill. Photos and recordings taken.
