Observation details
Tiny accipiter (initially thought it was a mourning dove which were in the same tree and then thought it was merlin given tiny size), same size as nearby mourning dove, with smaller rounded head, whitish superciliary stripe over eye, smallish parakeet like beak , eye set further back from beak and thin legs/toes. While certain aspects looked like Coopers (chest striping and somewhat graduated tail shape), overall tiny size with direct field comparison to mourning doves and no neck shape have me leaning towards sharpie.
