Observation details
Birds found yesterday by Monica Nugent. I found 3 birds in a small siskin flock on Shannon Road. Jock joined me and we walked down the dyke about 100m and we found 3-4 CORE in a small siskin and goldfinch flock. These flew off then a small flock of 7 CORE appeared in the same spot. These were soon joined by a dozen goldfinches. We observed the birds feeding on catkins for nearly an hour before they flew off.
