Observation details

Winter adult found and reported by Kevin Empey. Medium sized gull, smaller than ring-billed with darker mantle, long black legs, black bill with reddish tip, remnants of breeding hood and white eye arc. Gull briefly flew to Rennie park and returned. Photos to be added
