Media notes

Partial quacks that I could not identify, until the bird swam out from cover and proceeded to add some full mallard quacks.

Observation details

Continuing, described and photographed many times. No further doubt on the cross because of audio! Interesting short quacks like AMWI female or the start of a mallard's quack, then full mallard-like quacks as well. Audio and low-quality video showing bird in group of AMWI throwing back its head to quack: easily identified by silvery tertials, even in low light. No question on the audio source. No other eBird recordings so far.
