Late migrant
Observation details
Late migrant - Yellow under parts yellowish olive upper parts. Thin complete eye ring appeared pale yellow, not white or "bold". No eyeline; supercilium was not lighter than rest of the head. Managed to get a recording of its call. Spectogram matches pretty well with Yellow Warbler call. Not similar to spectogram of Orange-crowned. Spectorgram is similar to Tennessee Warbler but it lacked a pale supercillim and eyeline of the Tennessee Warbler. In thicket north of Central Park Rec Center. Observed with bins from about 10 to 20 feet away.
