Observation details
**Very late. Appears to be first county record in November (previous late date 10/14). Extremely unexpected - in a patch of woods on Glenn G Bartle Dr between West Dr and East Dr. Played mob tape for a BCCH flock and birds came in very close. All of the sudden I noticed a really small bird (first impression was kinglet), but it quickly turned out to be a warbler with prominent wingbars which I first anticipated would be YRWA or PIWA, but as it got closer (I was without bins and the bird thankfully got within 6 ft or less of me) I could see its blue-gray back and bright yellow throat, as well as a light underside without streaks. I was able to get very bad but useable iPhone photos
