Observation details

multiple views of actively feeding bird; obviously much smaller than nearby Common Loons; bill thin and slightly upturned; some duskiness on neck, otherwise white throat and face below eye; photos taken but unable to safely age this bird; could well be same individual observed and photographed by Tom Berriman on October 26
