Observation details
Certainly an awesome bird here. The bird has been ID'd by several respectable birders on the Australian Social Media pages ( Australian Twitchers and South East Queensland Birders). There were three possible birds that included Little Ringed and Ringed Plover, the LR has an obvious eye-ring which this one does not have. The defining factor it seems is the white strip between the gape and the lores which is white. Also, notable and I will post a few clearer pictures in time is the extensive webbing in the toes. No plates in the ABID Guide but the consensus of the wider community of birders is a Semipalmated Plover. Please see images as reference
