Observation details
Identification uncertain: I initially thought this was Madagascar Sparrowhawk based on the heavy barring below and what appeared to be streaking on the throat, however, in hindsight I'm less sure. Overall size seems relatively small and without a look at the undertail coverts it seems that this could be a female Frances's. Tentatively left as Madagascar for now. Seen catching a large chameleon (Caluma brevicornis) which it wrestled with on the grass for several minutes before flying away, leaving the chameleon to escape alive.
