Observation details
Very dark eagle from below, imm or juv bird, because of yellowish vent and slight wingbar in mid-wing panel with whitish primary patch and very stocky appearance, soaring over roadside along, but separately from with the 4 imperial eagles! Hot airlift in the bright windless condition provided good raptor movements.This species is a regular winterer in the Elep area, also seen in autumn and spring. See https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/98614390 where it has already been accepted by photos. I do not understand, why it is not accepted here after half a year...
