Female feeding. Remarks: The Bridelia tomentosa is one of the best forest shrubs or small trees for birds. When fruiting, it attracts flowerpeckers, sunbirds, barbets, bulbuls and many other species. The fruit is 4.5-6.5mm in diameter, greenish when unripe and bluish-purple when ripe.
