Observation details
**Rare, especially in recent years; red dot. Fairly crisp juvenile in parking lot at spit, hanging out along shoreline and flying around occasionally with other gulls. Then second nearly identical juvenile finally noticed in parking lot for lighthouse area. Both visible at the same time, then second bird moved over into main parking lot to join the first around 8:00. Very similar but second bird with brighter white throat extending farther up cheek and white fleck on crown on right side. Photos of both.
